Return Process

  Log into your Apollo Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is clean and has not been used in any competitive or recreational play.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
